Kellan is 15 months old and the Clark County Fair

 Kellan is 15 months. Stats: 33 inches tall 23.9 lbs

40% weight 97% height. He's my cutie blue eyed wild boy. 

He says thank you, binkie are you, Mia are you, bear are you,

sings Let it Go from Frozen at the top of his lungs around the house,

says Hi Bent to the dog, please, get it mom, this, these, ball, kittie, Spock,

baseball, basketball, walk, eat dinner, all done, milk, mine, and more I just can't think right now.

 He's got a million teeth coming in at the same time so it's constant drooling

 start of a whine...

 he also says uh oh and oh boy and gets really excited and makes an excited face 

when he gets something really yummy. 

 this is where he spends most of his day, in the pantry finding food to eat.

He is also now able to climb up on my toy storage and then jump on my bed, so 

I moved the toy storage away from the bed and he did a Spiderman fly through the air to the bed,

missed it and slid down the bed holding onto my bedspread. I need training for this stuff. I feel very unprepared.

 Mia had Art Night at school where parents can "buy" their art

for $5.00 a piece and eat horderves and dress up like they are in an art gallery.

It's pretty cute and I LOVE the self portrait. My third graders always laugh at them every

year when they get put up until I tell them a a 5 year old made it and then they are pretty shocked. 

 thought we lost Spock again, nope found another cupboard

 We went to Container Park with Grandma B and it

was pretty cool , had a huge tree house to climb, lots of play areas and

cool restaurants and shops. It's pretty fun.

 off to the fair! We had to do a quick trip cause of 

Rick's schedule but I just wanted the kids to pet the animals.

Kellan had to put his little finger in each cage and could not miss one, there 

were about 35 bunnies and he had to pet each little one and say ooooh baby it was so

cute!

I love the fat pigs( not enough to stop eating ham) but they are sooo cute!We started

Spring Break finally geez so we will be doing some fun things this week. 

My Birthday

 Turning 35 is interesting. I definitely feel 135 some days.I feel like I'm on

the movie Groundhog Day ( which ages me right there since some people have never seen that movie) 

 and do the same thing over and over again, but 

summer is coming soon so hopefully I can chill some. Rick and I are on

completely opposite schedules which is great for Kellan but not good for the two of us.

This is the closest we got to a picture for my bday. We hung out with the kids ( Rick took the weekend off

so he could hang out) and we got to go out on a date so that was nice. 

 His face cracks me up in this pic. This kid whines at me ALL day long,

just me, nobody else. 

 Mia always loves a birthday party! She is sooo funny. She now calls

Kellan Pip Squirt and says come on Pip Squirt let's go play in my room.
It cracks me up. 

 I went from a child who is such a perfectionist and has to be constantly clean to 

a kid who is now placing things on his head and laughs when whatever is inside pours down his face.

I love this picture, because of Mia's face in the background. That's because he splattered a tiny piece of pudding and it got on her and she now has to change her whole outfit. Oh and somebody put one of Kellan's pjs in HER hamper and she freaked out and could not believe one of us put his dirty clothes on hers. They are 

complete opposites. 

this cup stayed up there for about 30 minutes. He is obsessed with balls and

 Rick is going to get a video because he has never seen the foot /ball coordination in a kid so young

it's amazing the way he dribbles the ball while running

He also loves the cat so much and tries sitting on him now but by the time he scoots backward and gets himself comfortable, the cat is already down the hall and Kellan lands on the hard floor upset. 

He's a major handful, good thing he's so cute!

Mia's 6th Birthday

 Mia is 6 years old! Time sure does fly. She told me when she woke up,

mom, don't be too sad that I'm growing up fast, soon I will be 10 and can babysit Kellan.

She started the day going to school, her friend Kira brought donuts for breakfast and grandma B

brought In N Out for lunch. Then after school I brought these three goofballs home to start Mia's

Frozen party. Meet Rose and Kira. They are all in kinder together and have quite the personalities.

 they played in Mia's room before the party started and got to dress up in the Elsa and Anna dresses

 pin the nose on Olaf that I made at about 11:15 pm and have a nice slice

on my finger from scissors :) 

 If you want to build a snowman, making Olafs out of marshmellows

 "Frozen" treats: blue cotton candy, covered Oreos,

marshmellow blue sticks and blue Hawaiian Punch

and yummy ice candy Grandma B made and a donut tower

 cake number 1: Mia wanted everything blue and the frosting was almost the 

death of me I was finding it everywhere, it was sooo messy! She also wanted blue cupcakes!

 cake #2: made at 10pm on Thursday.

It was super fun to do though and pretty easy. I didn't 

make it perfect, but it was late...Mia LOVED it.

My Little Ponies, Frozen barbies, dresses, bracelets,

a diary, a robe, she loved everything and even said, "Mom I 

think I'm done getting toys. " Haha

 grandma/grandpa M. We didn't get any of Grandpa and Grandma B oops

 It was such a great party the girls even did the Xbox and had a little dance

party with Kellan just right there dancing along. Mia requested "filet mignon" so we had steaks,

burgers, fruit, and corn on the cob. Mia also got the Frozen CD and the girls danced around and acted out the whole movie. It was pretty cute.

 It was a great night.

We LOVE you Mia!

 and onto this one.... This was when I accidently 

left the door to the bathroom open for maybe 2 minutes...

 since it's warm outside, Kellan wants to be outside all the time. He loves it

 goofball

 and anytime he can be naked, he loves it. He is getting so fun. He's talking so much

and copying everything. He's even saying little 3 or 4 word sentences already. It's so fun to

see him grow. He's such a love bug too.

 we transitioned him down to one nap after Spring Forward and 

for the most part he has done it easily but this day Rick left the room and

when he came back, he was passed out. Sooooo cute. 

Getting into things and being naughty is pretty hard work!
