So Mia is saying all the sounds for the animals

she knows and it is the cuttest thing ever.

Here she is saying what Spock (0ur kitty)

a pup, cow, bird, monkey, and my favorite pig.

She totally snorts her nose up ANYTIME she

sees a pig. She has quite the little personality.

In case you didn't hear it all the first time :)

Does this look familiar Nicole?
You can tell Scott and Mia are cousins
by the cheese grin!!
Just a cute pic before church.

Mia playing peek a boo!!
Where'd she go?
This cat looks pretty miserable huh?
Not sure he likes his new home...

Labor day we went to Bonnie Springs
(Old Nevada) to a zoo so Mia could
see some animals. It's not the best
place, but pretty much the only
place to see live animals in Vegas-
how sad!! Anyway, Rick got Mia
these pink hiking boots before she
was born and was super excited for her
to finally wear them (size 5)
And she is sporting her pink camo hat.

Aren't kittens fun? Spock loves getting in Mia's
crib and attacking little baby toes and fingers.
Mia likes it though, she was giggling..
You may be wondering what is on her head? It's
her bear and the minute she gets in her crib, she
sticks that bear on her head and that's where it stays.
It is too funny!! Her head is always so sweaty when
she gets up. Cute little bug!!

Here is our new kitty. Look how big
his ears are!! My dad thought of the
name Spock. I hate Star Trek
but I came home from work and
Mia was already calling him Spock
I like Suki or Smudge or Elfin myself
but now she thinks that's his name.
Anyway, I went to pick him up and Mia
was squealing and dancing all the way home.
She has a LOVE for kitties and pups like I
have never seen, so yes she is a happy little girl!!
He just curled right up to her, so cute.
Rick can't believe how easy kittens are.
We showed him the litter box and his food
and that's it. He's used to puppies- I couldn't
deal with all the mess of that in a brand new house.
She loves how he likes to swat at her.
Note how big the ears are!!

Rick got him a collar but it is way too big. He
looks big in the pics but he is soooo tiny!!
Mia tries to sleep in his bed with him- by the way,
he does not like to sleep in his own bed- he has
to sleep with us or he cries. I told Rick it's only
til he's bigger (I hope)
She just loves him.
He can't understand why she is so loud though :)
here she is trying to get in his bed AGAIN.

my little munchkin has a cold now! We've
been battling a cough for 2 weeks, both of us
and now she has a runny nose, really? Of
course right before I go back to work....
As you can see, she doesn't go far from her bear.
She even uses him to get things, make her taller so
she can reach,
or maybe it's to make a soft spot while she digs
in mom's drawers :)
I thought it was creative.

I keep getting requests for pictures
of the house, Here it goes: view from den
