when you get your Christmas card in the mail!

 yes she poses like this on her own, I really should be taking advantage and paying for her college with 

some modeling, she wanted Katie who was taking pics to just take ones of her it was sooo funny!

 so these are Kellan's 10 month pics, and this is what he did in 5 minutes around the room while

I was "trying" to get a good picture. Oh and side note, this kid woke up with a chipped front 

tooth yesterday, no clue how he got it, so weird, he definitely looks like a boy now. Luckily our good friend and bishop is an orthodontist and made a house call to make sure it was ok and he said it was just fine...

 I read something that says, I might as well not clean my house until my kids

leave for college! I soooo agree!!!

I finally scanned Mia's cute kindergarten pic. She definitely doesn't look like

a kinder,but the best advantage of being a teacher is being right there to make sure school pics look

great, and I made them do it 3 times, I just love her! 

Halloween

 Happy Halloween! This was pretty much the only cute picture I got of Kellan in his

puppy costume. He kept yanking it off, but then on Halloween night he actually left it on because it was sooo cold.

 Mia's whole goal was to get a pumpkin big enough to fit Kellan inside because she 

had one when she was his age, well he fit!!

 Halloween Night...

 going up our driveway.. we left candy but didn't get a single kid

 Mia excited and ready to go for round 2! She went trunk or treating at the 

church the night before with her little friend Kira from kindergarten

 So this house was awesome! It was a county commissioner who always

does something fun, well this year he had a DJ and in order for the kids to get candy,

they had to strut down this driveway in their costumes while the music was playing.It was so fun and so

easy and the kids LOVED it! And Mia definitely strutted!

 Rick is finally sergeant and he gets to wear this fun suit

again. Crappy days off but we are dealing with it and it's good for Kellan because

he gets to be with his dad Tues, Wed, Thurs .. and the first time in 7 years, he's home at night to

help me after work, but it's not until later in the evening and I don't get a break on my weekends, so

nothing is ever just the way we want it...

one last little pic of Mia on crazy hair day. She just loves school. She is reading books,

writing sentences, it's just absolutely amazing!
