me kayaking underneath the bridge in Twin Falls

Rick and Candice ready to kayak
dad and Candice- being the only girl on the river
with two guys, it was hard work. Luckily I had gloves
on but I was definitely ready to be done on the way back.
Super fun though

cousin Kim got paints out and this is the result.
Uncle Wally kept saying Mia has OCD because everything
has to be precise/perfect. She wouldn't use her fingers
even though they were finger paints, she found a stick instead
and placed perfectly on her paper. Notice no paint on herself, that's
not by accident either. She's just that way. She dropped a bunch
of eggs on my floor yesterday and was crying saying, "I ruined
my beautiful house mom!" I promise I don't do this to her. She even lines
up all her toys, crayons, etc but so does her cousin Scott. Too funny! Look
at Hailey in this pic. Crackup!

we are actually getting to be a big group with
all these babies!
Mia was very excited about seeing some
cows

reunion in my parent's backyard playing volleyball
It gets pretty vicious with all these guys.
my grandma and grandpa - Mia saw him and said,
"MOM THERES A PIRATE!" She was so excited.
It was hilarious. He doesn't look like he's doing very well
but he is still the smartest man I know, never misses a beat,
he even told Rick a joke and Rick didn't get it til minutes later,
he is so witty.
Mia checkin out some cows. I love the smell of farms.
I know it's gross but I do, maybe cause I spent my younger
years on one. farms and potato pits, the best smells ever!

Mia found a baby bird with my dad and walked
over and just picked him up. Better yet, the bird
had his mouth open wide for food and she literally
kissed it right on the lips. We didn't even have time to
say, No Wait! She LOVES animals. I love this pic because
she is just so at peace holding this little bird.
Then she set it in this bird house to wait for his mom.

This is her friend Gunner who was
the landscaper's dog. She fell in love with him.
I didn't want Rick to see this but he did and
I'm sure you know what he said after that.
She layed on him all day

cousin Ari and Laith

Mia loved the razor my dad had up there for the
week, she kept saying, "Go Faster"

Mia had a blast on this Razor

We went to the Shoshone Falls (taller drop than
the Niagara) and there's a lake near there that
I totally forgot about. ( We need to take the kids
there Nicole)
They have a huge area for kids to wade in and play
in the mud. They also have a diving board and huge
rocks to dive off. It was beautiful.
Here's the little kid area
Mia didn't have a swimming suit so she's just
in a swim diaper, but she had a blast!
That was the end of our trip. It was
fun to see all our extended family and hang out.
Mia came home and said, " I love my house mom."
It's good to be back! Our next stop is the Rydalch reunion
in August. Crazy busy summer. :)

So here is Spock having a tea party with Ms. Mia
Cuttest thing ever, I walked in her room and he
was just sitting there on the chair across from her
listening to her tell him all about the tea, etc.
Then she gave him some sips. Such a good little kitty.
Mia is giving Spock tea
Such a good friend

Pouring the tea
bear is having tea too.

Summer days and the livin is easy!
Mia is just having a blast in my mom's
pool every day.

We both decided to get in itsy bitsy bikinis
(the one I bought while dad wasn't looking last year)
She said, mom where's my shirt! Funny, cute
little skinny minny!
Mia thought the flowers Rick gave
me for our anniversary were hers.
It was cute. Mia is also in a big girl bed,
since we got back from Newport and
panties! A whole week of the potty
she even made it through all of church,
running errands with mom, and everything
without an accident! Good job Mia.
I was waiting until I was home for the summer
to get this task accomplished. She was definitely ready!
