Hawaii Aulani Resort

For my mom's 60's bday, my parents took all 22 of us

10 adults and 12 grandkids to Hawaii to the Disney Aulani Resort

( aka my idea) It was a once in a lifetime ( still have to pay for colleges)

amazing vacation that still feels like a dream and I think about it almost every day..

my dad and Mia- I've never seen my dad so chill for the 

first time in years, it made me so happy and my heart so full

I loved watching him watch the kids and it was a treat for sure!! 

Plus does he not just look like he belongs in Hawaii?

Rick and I felt like we had ton of time together since we literally

did not see the kids for hours haha they were gone,

riding slides in the pool, in the beach cove, it was AWESOME

this was Rick's face pretty much the whole time

Mia did great until the captain drove off in the boat and

left her in the open water and then she freaked because she thought

there were sharks.

then Rick threw Wally in and then all the kids went in,

they had a blast 

It was an amazing trip! We had too much fun and were so lucky
my parents made it possible. I sat back and wondered how the kids must have
felt being there because it was amazing to adults, I can't even imagine what it felt
like in the kids' perspectives. I also thought back and I don't remember them stopping for a minute!
They made sure they used up every moment there exploring, eating, swimming, playing, laughing
and smiling. It was the best!!!
