Trip to Seattle

Rick and I went to Seattle during Veteran's weekend and got to
stay at the WAC (in the heart of downtown)  thanks to Rick's mentor Pat Fitzsimons who
he met while he was a Marine in Seattle years ago. A very cool story
where God told him he would meet two Marines that day and
found Rick and his best friend Trinity Dove ( which has special meaning in the
Catholic church) standing in front of the University of Washington Stadium, Trinity later
died in a car accident, but Pat has taken Rick in as his son
since and has been apart of his life ever since. It's the neatest relationship.
Fitzimons was a chief police in Seattle for 15 years and
an assistant Chief in New York city before that. He was also a Marine himself.
This is Olga his amazing wife..
they took us to eat at a fancy restaurant ( Italian of course)

Rick and I got to go to a Seahawks game while we were there. It was
pricy but Rick was really excited so we got tickets. The fans were so fun!

 Fish market
 jogging in the morning
we went on lots of trains, we ate, I shopped a lot,
( of course when I was alone without kids I hardly found a thing, figures)
We did lots of selfies, went to 3 movies, yes 3 , and it was great to
get away. We aren't much of the relaxing type, we like to explore but since this was our
3rd time in Seattle together so we just walked and walked around and enjoyed the beauty.
We love Seattle, it's where we went on our 2 week road trip while dating and I remember calling my mom and told her I thought I was falling in love, so Seattle is very special to us. Everyone knows I hate the cold but I don't mind it there.
on to trouble maker- this is where we found him the other day,
he had stripped his own clothes and everything. I couldn't believe he
didn't fall in.
this was right before that, he's been dressing up in Mia's dress up stuff and apparently figured
out how to get on the counter, I about had a heart attack, so I got him down and then found him on the toilet. I called Rick and said I don't think I should be in charge of the kids alone. Haha.
and this is my beautiful tall ballerina. We were able to go to
her dance class last week and watch her perform. Kellan came and yelled, "Good Job Mia."
He lasted about 45 minutes. Now we are just getting ready for the holiday rush.
