Cousin Reunion and Newport Beach ( Picture overload)

 Well the fun is beginning! Cousins are here! Mia

is beyond excited. Here is grandpa tossing grandkids into the air!

 Jay and Kellan were loving sitting in these containers. They were of course fighting over one

so we ended up getting two out. Most of the two weeks, these two screamed at each other and Jay avoided

Kellan, Kellan tried kissing and hugging on Jay but eventually just gave up. He kept saying "HI Jay HI Jay" 

 Nicole calls Hailey the "baby whisperer" and that she is. Kellan just absolutely adored her and

wanted to be with her constantly!

 we had tons of lunches out on grandma's patio

 Grandpa B took the grandkids out on the boat where they spent

the whole time tubing and swimming!

 my sisters on the tube. I stayed home with Jay and Kellan and missed out but that's okay

because I'm never lucky on the tube, I always end up with a missing toenail or a bloody nose.

 and they got to ride on Laith's motorcycle and Mia's razor

 we had a lot of popsicles

 it just happened to be Spock's 5th birthday so the kids got to 

come to our house and sing to him and have cupcakes.

 this cute group came over to play one day too! We had a blast at grandma's.

 when Marlee discovered she had the same pjs, she was 

sooo excited.

 we went to Balboa Island to get candy and of course my kids found a cat.

 these pics pretty much sums up these two. Jay was pretty mellow and 

needed an occasional pick me up Diet Coke ( Jk it was empty) 

 while Kellan threw several major fits at the beach.. fun stuff

 I found this cute little creature container to fit all the ocean critters in. It was

definitely a hit!

 Mia was going back and forth with the boogie boarding so Uncle Chris

just went out and said let's do this and she totally did it. He was very patient and

she had a blast! So fun! Thanks Chris!

 we were hoping the fish would suck Kellan's toes but they didn't

 oh dad!

 they had a super cool tide pools on Newport Beach and Kellan 

swam for hours in it, cold as can be but he loved it. He was showing off for another little toddler girl

he found and she was liking him until he threw a fit and she ran.. fast.

 these girls are so cute.

 on the last beach day we were on a little cliff with some huge waves so the

kids kept jumping in and at one point Rick had to jump in and save Laith from the undertow.

Cousin LOVE

It was a super fun, exhausting week. The kids had a blast which is the most important thing, the

whole reason we all go and run around crazy to fit in as many fun things as we can. We are glad Brooke and Chris came and sad I didn't get more pics of them! Until next summer :)
