Spooktacular and New yard

My school Spooktacular was Friday night, so Mia got
to dress up in her costume early. She is a Teradactyl from
the Teradon family and she will tell you so. She is still completely
fascinated with dinosaurs and she was a hit. People can't quite seem to get
over the fact that a little girl is obsessed with dinosaurs but it's true. I had to
get over my own sadness not being able to dress her in something girly, but I'm a believer in
letting kids be who they want in life and on Halloween, so here she is :)

PTA really did an amazing job, there were over 20 carnival games,
a live DJ and more. It was definitely a fun time, now we need to catch our
breath because we have Trunk or Treat at the church Wednesday night,
her school parade/party Thursday as well as her dance class party Thursday,
then off to Aunt Brooke's to St. George to go to some amazing pumpkin farm festival,
then back home for Halloween on Monday, oh boy!!! Did I mention kids go to school on
Halloween this year, and with my fun class of 3rd graders this year, I might loose it.

Sunday morning we decorated our pumpkins with these cool
potato head things we got at Party City. It came with a million pieces and
it was so easy and fun. Definitely worth the 8 bucks!

and there they are...

We got this cute pumpkin plant that Mia loves.

Now onto what we've been doing the last 2 weeks!! This
is the only pic I could find of a before, except it doesn't have our
courtyard, so imagine that is there..... and

now look!!!

isn't it beautiful??

Mia standing on her very own grass!! She is beyond excited!!

part of the courtyard, Strawberry tree, I can't show the other
side because it's not done, I will post more

look at this cool rock wall! Our landscaper is AMAZING!

And now to the backyard, look at all the grass!!

trees and roses

The whole is the soon to be sandbox, more pics to come

just a cute pic, I will post more pics when the front side yard is
done too, we are so excited to have a yard, we've been saving for 2 years,
so we are happy! We are just putting chat on the rest of the backyard, since we will want a pool sometime
in the future (way future probably) and there was no sense in spending money on that part when we have to dig it up anyway :)

That is the cutest costume ever! SOooo adorable! We went to costume storytime today and seriously-that teranadon (don't look at my spelling Mia) is cuter than any princesses!

Your yard looks amazing! Kevin said "Looks like a completely different house!" I bet you guys are so excited. My kids will LOVE that backyard when we come too! :) Fun!
