I forgot to tell the story of Christmas Eve, Rick went outside Mia's
window and jingled Santa bells like his dad did when he was little. Mia
literally jumped up on all fours and looked out the window and whispered
in this tiny little voice, "Santa?" I said, what was that Mia, "She whispered,
"Santa's Reindeer mom." I couldn't believe it. It brought tears to my eyes, I know that
is silly, but I love the whole idea of Santa and the hopes and dreams along with it.
We have been reading, watching,and playing with Santa stuff all month, but she actually got it, and we wished that we would have gotten it on video. Of course, Rick wasn't too happy when
she was awake ALL NIGHT long giggling, yelling for Santa, and singing every song she knows.
But it was worth it!!!

Cute pictures! It looks like you guys had a great Christmas! The kids are so excited to see Mia again on Monday!
i am crying. wow that brings back a lot of memories of our parents doing that. i never thought about the day i would be doing it for our kids, but, its here and it was fun! they however did not have quite as a reaction as mia. love you guys!
