Hey Candice - this is Melanie, Nicole's friend. I got your comment on the sun-dried tomato oil. If you buy the sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, you just use that same oil from the bottle. That's the only way I've ever used it - I should specify on the recipe. LEt me know if that doesn't make sense.
