since we didn't go to Newport this year, we
did a mini trip to Carlsbad and got to see the cousins and Bre and Wally's new house!
Laith surprised Mia and even decorated the house for her! It was so cute and so nice of him
She had a blast opening presents and being with her cousins and eating her Nothing Bundt cake too
Aleena couldn't decide if she liked uncle Rick or not this time ,

then Laith and Kyse and Aleena met us on the beach

on the last day, we went to Legoland. Mia couldn't even remember it at all
She was pretty excited to see the Lego girls. She loves building Legos

he got to drive his own car and got a driver's license
They also gave him a pin that said First Time at Legoland and he wore it proudly
on to the aquarium

Kellan definitely threw a few fits and then finally passed out one afternoon
It was a great trip! I really found a gem of a condo, it was
perfect, right on the beach, had everything, was clean and quiet and tons
of space and not bad of a price! We will definitely be back and next time
we will have to take the train into Downtown San Diego with the kids because
they loved the train. Funny story: Rick told Kellan to check out this teenager going by on her
skateboard and didn't realize she was in a thong bikini with a long shirt so as soon as she passed by Kellan yells why is her butt showing why is she naked? Oh he thought it was the funniest thing and is still talking about it.
after we got home, Mia invited her BFF Kira over and
we went to lunch at BJS, got in the jacuzzi and they just played and played
