Mia had her six week appointment at the doctor today.

She weighs a whopping 11lbs 2 oz and she is 23 in long.

She is definitely growing fast! I had to show the

hospital picture so you can see how much she has changed!

I wanted to show a picture of Mia's

blessing dress before I put her in it.

Her Aunt Nicole made it for her and

it is beautiful. It means so much

knowing that her Aunt put her heart

into making this special dress. My dad

was able to bless Mia on May 4th and it

was a beautiful blessing. This is

Mia's first white dress. The first of

three. The next one will be her babtism

dress and the next will be her wedding

dress. We can't wait to watch her grow.

Mia was blessed on Sunday, May 4th.

Doesn't she look beautiful? Her aunt Nicole made

this blessing dress just for her. Aunt Brooke,

Uncle Chris, Aunt Nicole, Uncle Kevin and

all the grandparents came to see her in her first

white dress. Her Aunt Lucy and cousin Addison

made her a beautiful bracelet to wear and we

put it on at church so we didn't get a picture of it,

but it matched perfectly.

and he already takes good care of them.

Just kidding, Mia is just a serious little thing but

she also smiles and laughs too. Aren't these

cousins too cute! Only 3 months apart.

I'm pretty brave putting this picture of me
up with no makeup but Mia is actually smiling
while she sleeps on me in the morning, and
we wonder why we can't get her to sleep in
her bed at night!!

This is the position she sleeps in her bed. Her
hair is crazy! It takes more maintenance than
my own.

I took Mia outside because it was finally a nice
day without wind.

We love the bjorn- too fun. She always has the same

little scowl on her face -must be from her dad :)

So I decided I better put these pictures of Mia and

my sisters Bre and Brooke up because she already

doesn't look this little anymore- I was waiting until

I had one with Nicole and Mia but we are staying

with them in June so I will get lots of pictures with

cousins too!

This is Mia's favorite position.

Trying to get a smile on camera isn't very easy, but I will keep working on it.
